‘We were already working with ISO simple who had helped us successfully achieve ISO9001 and ISO45001. However, we were persuaded to use another company for our ISO45001. This was definitely a wrong decision! The problems started at the very beginning where, after implementing a system we did not understand, they hung us out to dry during our certification audit. I contacted Phil to ask if ISO Simple could take over our ISO45001 health and safety management system and this was no problem for them. They came in and stripped out all the things we did not need to be doing and helped us implement something we could fully understand and that was part of our day-to-day operations. ISO Simple turned a disaster into something we use every day and fully manage ourselves as part of our IMS (Integrated Management System).
